Yangzhou fried rice 揚州炒飯 is a classic Chinese-style fried rice, with eggs, shrimps, BBQ pork etc. With Weipa Japanese seasoning, you can have a big bowl of comforting delicious Yangzhou fried rice in 15 minutes!
2-3 bowls rice
200 gram shrimps
200 gram BBQ pork (Char Siu), cubbed
2 eggs, beaten
2 spring onions, chopped
1 teaspoon Weipa Seasoning .
Heat oil in hot wok, cook the shrimps and then set aside.
Add little bit more oil, add the eggs and cook for few seconds, then add rice and Weipa . Stir-fry for about 3 minutes.
Add in shrimps, BBQ porks (Char Siu) and spring onions, season with some soy sauce.
Cook for about 2 minutes and it is done!
